Civic Projects
The McHenry Garden Club participates in several civic programs voted to be important to our members each year. For several years we have awarded financial scholarships to assist local students attending a college, university or vocational school. Our garden shows, Container Garden Gala and Holiday Floral Extravaganza support our scholarship program and other civic projects.
The City of McHenry has honored the McHenry Garden Club with a Garden Week Proclamation during the National Garden Week for the past several years.
